My Current Morning Skincare Routine

I do this routine every single morning, whether I am getting ready for work or if it is a day off. There are quite a few steps in my routine, but it really only takes about 5-10 minutes.

Skin-care has always been a favorite of mine, even more now since becoming a mom because, hey, you are important too, so I take that time to myself to make myself feel good, and it wakes me up!

I should note, I switch skincare every once in a while, I love love love to try new products and I have always had very easy going skin, so when I switch things up I very rarely get a bad reaction. Of course, there is some stuff I don’t love, but I’ve never had anything really crazy happen.

  1. Brush your teeth

I always do this first so that if I get toothpaste around my mouth I can wash that off when I wash my face.

  2. Tula Cult Classic Cleanser

I just this as a normal face wash. Warm water and pat dry with a towel.

  3. Beauty Papier Daisy Toner

I put this into the palm of my hands and press it into my face rather than using a cotton round or anything like that! Just a personal preference and much better for the environment :)

  4. Tula Under Eye Balm

I personally use the blue one in the morning. But I also own the pink and I love that one as well, I just usually use it at night. I place this gently under my eyes and up around the side of my eyes.

  5. Cocokind Matcha Moisturizer

I put about four-five little scoops onto my face and gently rub into face and on my neck. I always rub it going upward on my neck.

  6. Aveeno Positively Radiant SPF

ALWAYS put on SPF, whether you think it is going to be sunny or not! It is such an important step, that is so often overlooked.

  7. Cocokind My Matcha Moisture Stick

I use this on my lips in the morning, but this product is great for pretty much any dry area. I have even used this on my daughter. So gentle and just the right amount of moisture!

I do not generally wait much time in between any of these steps.

If I am going to put makeup on, I do wait about 10-15 minutes to start that just to let everything soak into my skin!

Hope this helps some of you decide what products might be great for you! Let me know what products you use everyday and love!
